• All hotel accommodation fees are for 1 night stay and based on bed & breakfast stay.

• All hotel accommodation and transporatation fees are including V.A.T.

• Cancellation Policy
Any accommodation cancellation submitted after 19 July , 2010 is considered final.No reimbursement to be applied after this deadline.

• Payment for bookings should be made in Euro by the following methods ;

• By Bank Transfer :

- Bank charges are at the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the booking fees.
- All wire transfers should indicate the following information : Name of sender, date of wire transfer, amount of wire transfer & explanation and receipts are needed to be sent by e-mail (yeliz.kazanci@dekon.com.tr) or by fax (+90 212 347 63 63) to DEKON CONGRESS & TOURISM to the attention of registration department.
